The staff is friendly, location is convenient. But I tried to use my prepaid printed form and it wouldn't scan. Staff helped me get out. But the scan needs to work better.

The valet driver is so polite and helpful. I didn't realize there is no pickup at the International terminal, but that was my fault. Pre-payment was so easy, and scanning the code to enter was even easier.

We have always been pleased with this facility and are glad we returned even though things might be different. We had difficulty coming home, so we were late. The staff was very responsive, and things went smoothly. You folks should be running an airline. That is a whole different story! THanks for great service.
