It was easy to manuver in and out of the parking lot. Everyone was supper friendly and helpful.
Very convenient, never had to wait long for the shuttle. The exit procedures are confusing for those who paid online. It's unclear why you have to scan your ticket and then the qr code sent when you make your online payment. You should be able to scan that code when you enter and when you exit and have no issues.

Covered parking is great for my classic car! Staff are always nice and helpful. The shuttle service makes everything smooth and stress free.
Everything went well with our first park and ride experience except that the main gate entrance scanner wouldn’t read my printed ticket and open the gate so that I could park. I finally got it to read the CC that I used to purchase my parking. Also, not very good instructions on which gate to use and what to scan and what to do if it wasn’t working. No gate attendant at the time to help us.
Everything else was great.
