Efficient service. You are dropped right at the island and can walk easily to Terminal 1 or 2. Drivers are always professional. I'm not too sure about the reservation process, but I did use it and it did work. Easy out. Sadly I got a door ding on this trip Not Park N Fly's fault, but there's some dirtbag out there who doesn't have any respect for other people's cars. I hope they get a flesh eating virus on their private parts.
The kind service! Drivers are friendly. I have used the service 3 times now and all the drivers have been absolutely kind and helpful. Especial shoutout to Jeffrey who picked us up at IAH. What a gentleman. Thoughtful and polite with everyone. Also, my husband and I enjoyed the free car wash even though it was 1:30am.
