Fast and easy pick-up to and from the terminal. And for the first time, saw the free car wash and took advantage of it, and the car look much better after sitting in the sun for 10 days.

The lot is easy to get to and shuttle drivers are friendly. Shuttles were clean and comfortable. The service was quick and reasonably priced.

Overnight shuttle service was INCREDIBLE. There was a bus waiting at my car even before I shut off the engine! The drivers are friendly and excellent drivers. Price was VERY reasonable.

You provided a safe place for my vehicle. I appreciated that the shuttle drivers helped me get my bags on and off the shuttle. The driver who took us to the airport provided clear instructions on where to go, and where to meet the shuttle on our return, since the Cleveland Airport is, again, under construction. I’m grateful for the service you provide and that the shuttles move between the lot and the airport in a timely fashion.

What do you like about our services?

This was the first time I used Park ‘N Fly. Scheduling the service online was easy. Great service to the airport & back! Both drivers were quick to arrive, were very nice, helped me with my bag, & the vehicles used for transport were very clean & well maintained.
I will definitely use them in the future. 😊
