What do you like about our services?

Quick and easy. We were picked up at our car brought to airport on time. We did not have to wait a shuttle pulled right up. Drivers loaded bags and were very friendly and helpful!

What do you like about our services?

Park 'N Fly was extremely convenient and accommodating for my family of five. Parking lot pick up and drop off were seamless. I would suggest a way to store the parking space # in the app as we lost our paper ticket. I would also like to suggest a way to enter the # to the space we're being picked up at baggage claim. My family was waiting in the designated spot; however, the shuttle picked up at the opposite end.

Front gate attendants are very friendly and helpful. The drivers go way out and beyond for customer service. My husband and I realized we left something at home and our driver turned around and took us all the way back to our car.

I love that once I texted that I had landed and was retrieving my luggage, I received a response that my ride would be there waiting for me and it was. I would really love to see the app fixed so that I can use it. I would prefer using the app vs. calling.
