The app was very easy to use and quite useful especially for requesting a shuttle and seeing shuttle locations.

The shuttle driver was very helpful. I parked at 4 am and they helped me out with bags and positioned shuttle so that it was right next to our parking spot.

Everything! Forgot something in my car and driver was happy to take us back so that we could get it! Pickup and drop off was very fast! Checkout was simple even though I could not find my receipt. Attendant even asked us if we would like some water before we drove off! Everyone was very friendly!

Your services are a painless, stress free way to get to the airport. The shuttle is always there to pick us up as soon as we park our car. The drivers are also helpful and friendly.
We will continue to use Park N Fly whenever we travel.
