The driver was helpful and courteous. We are old and have trouble taking care of our bags, so the driver made sure they were properly stored on the van and then removed and placed at the rear of the vehicle.

There is no wait, you pull in, park and there is always a shuttle there waiting for you. Not only that but I have never ran into an associate that was unfriendly.

Incredibly reliable and efficient and pleasant. Information on booking was clear. We arrived and the shuttle was waiting behind our car as soon as we got out. Upon pickup from the airport we were taken directly to our car without even having to tell the driver where it was!. Drivers were courteous and pleasant and helped with our bags. Altogether a really great experience. Bravo!
