When I arrived into the lot it was raining. The shuttle driver followed me to my parking stall, and waited for me to collect my baggage and then promptly took me to the airport.

I was extremely pleased with the ease of making our reservations. Polite staff when I had questions except the directions to the remote parking was not where I should have been directed to. I was told to go the DFW remote parking instead of your facility. All was well until I was exiting the DFW facility and I had to pay $120 to exit since it was DFW remote not Park n Fly. However the manager of Park n Fly was quick to understand the problem and said the payment bi made to them would be refunded to me. He was polite understanding and eager to assist me.

The service is smooth and efficient. I feel that my vehicle is in good hands when I travel.
HOWEVER, for the second time, I see by my credit card statement that you have charged me twice for the same parking dates. Because of flight changes, I needed to change my start date with you. In order to do that I was instructed to cancel my first reservation and make a second. I did that. When my statement arrived I noticed that I had been charged for both. Please see that this is corrected. Your system seems to have a glitch. I would appreciate hearing from someone about this. My address is Email address removed

Service was timely and friendly. The issue that I had was that my return flight went to the international terminal and Park N Fly was not available. I found out that I would have to take a bus from the international terminal to the domestic terminal. This took me about an hour to discover and implement. I know that I will not use Park N Fly on any of my international trips.
