Easily online reservations made, easy check-in, immediate shuttle service to airport, quick shuttle pickup service upon return. And shuttle drivers are always friendly, personable and very helpful with luggage!!!! We wouldn’t use any other service!!!!!

When I couldn't get the QR code to scan coming in the attendant was very helpful when it came time to check out. Also, the van drivers were very helpful and polite.

The drivers was so awesome!!!! Going to the airport she was quick to get us there and help us out ! When picking us up she help me load my bag and took us directly to the parking place

Pick up and return to and from lot was excellent. Short wait time in both instances.
And settling up with cashier when leaving went smoothly as well.

I enjoy parking at park n' fly, the price and service team members are always great and there's always availability and it's easy to navigate the lot - the only thing I wish is that the confirmation receipt would tell you if a driver doesn't show up upon your return after 5-10 minutes you can call the number for the lot and let them know that you are waiting on a pick-up (especially when arriving late at night/early am)

Always, always friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle from airport back to my car. Usually don't have to wait at all....the shuttle is waiting for me!

Very convenient location, and the cost is reasonable. The personnel at the entrance are surprisingly friendly and helpful. The shuttle from the parking lot to the airport is timely. The free car wash on exit is really nice. And when paying in person, they even offer a free water bottle for the drive home. Seriously, I can't think of a better experience when parking at a busy airport.

I returned from EWR about 1:30PM on 7/17. We had a full load in your van. The woman driver was the BEST. She welcomed every passenger, helped with every piece of luggage, was generally cheerful, and thanked everyone for using Park n Fly when they left the van.
