As a first-time user, I was impressed with the ease of driving to the lot, parking and having the shuttle available for us to catch immediately. Upon arriving home in Denver we waited an hour to catch the shuttle at the airport due to so many people who were waiting to catch the shuttle. It would be better if you had more shuttle buses coming back and forth more often like every 10-15 minutes or larger shuttle buses like RTD size buses to carry more passengers on days when you have heavier travel days. I would like to give a lot of kudos to the man who picked us up to take us back to our car because we were not sure exactly where we parked, I forgot to take the information you sent to me. He took us to the alphabet area but we forgot the color. He was patient and suggested we use our key fob to find our car and it worked perfectly. We did tip him and he deserved it. Your drivers work very hard by lifting our heavy bags and getting us to and from the busy airport on time provided we plan our time wisely and early. Our car was safe and right where we parked it with no problems. I highly recommend your parking lot and the cost was very reasonable. Mrs. C. Last name removed

The lady you have at the booth taking the monies needs a customer service training as she is aloof and appears she does not like her job. I have written about her before and nothing has changed in her personality.

I made the reservation for the Texas Size lot on line. No problem there. I arrived at the lot, as scheduled, and was directed in and over to the Texas Size Lot. Pick any available space. EZ In and Out. We were quickly picked up and taken to the Terminal. Upon return, The Park N Fly vehicle was where she said it would be, although we did have quite a walk from the terminal to the pick up point but that was nobody's 'fault'. The driver took us to our vehicle and it was there, just as we left it. We paid the previously agreed upon price which was reasonable and the parking and pick up, drop off and return were all seamless. We appreciated the quick and responsive service of Park N Fly - IAH.

Kind helpful staff. I lost my phone and they picked it up and had it in the office upon my return. The staff helped me with my car seat to the car and from the car. I was so grateful for the extra help while traveling with my kids solo.
