It was my first time to use Park n Fly. It was recommended to me by my daughter. I LOVE the ability to RESERVE a spot. I had a little difficulty getting the scanner to accept my QR code. Once I got in the gate, I found a spot quickly. The driver arrived promptly and was VERY helpful with my luggage. When I returned, I did have to ask someone how to locate the escalator down to LN1. When I exited the terminal, I found the Park n Fly vehicle with ease. The driver on my return to my car was INCREDIBLE!! He was so helpful and cheerful. I have travel plans again in September. I will definitely use Park n Fly again!

My vehicle encountered some issues that prevented it from starting. The manager Ken Bui was very accommodating in helping me in getting my car to a Mini Cooper dealership that could make the necessary repairs to the electrical system.
