Typically the service is excellent and convenient. However, this time we parked in space F46 (Midway) and when we returned to the vehicle literally 100% of the windshield was covered in pigeon poop, in addition to poop on the roof. There needs to be some measures taken so that this does not occur - blocking off that space or clearing out the pigeon roost - nest. It was actually difficult to clear to safely see through the windshield to drive home. And we had to go through a car wash the next day.

This location is great, I love how quickly they get you in and out. It is so convenient and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They are great at explaining what you need to know. They pick you up from your car and drop you right back off at your car, plus help you with your luggage. I have used this location several times and will continue to!
The courtesy bus driver was helpful and friendly. The bus came quickly. I had a little trouble trying to use the machines and leave..I had to drive to a person who was on duty. He was able to use the info on my printed paper. I was on my way home quickly.

The main thing I like is that you exist in the first place. Having covered parking is important to me. I have no problem locating a shuttle for my return to the parking site. The drivers and attendants are courteous and helpful. Also, the price of parking is quite acceptable. I have no suggestions for improvements; I am totally satisfied with your services.
The pick up and drop off process was very easy and I didn’t have to wait.
