On occasion, depending on the day, I have to walk from the preferred lot to get picked up. Some drivers greet you, others just want to know where you’re parked.
Some drivers are very friendly, some are silent. I also know that it is tough to find people who want to work. I feel for business owners who have to deal with it.
It really is a convenient location to park and the daily rate is way better than the airport, so thank you. It would be nice if passengers (airport employees) respected others and not FaceTime their conversation on speaker phone for everyone to hear.
I can’t think of anything more ignorant. Thankfully, the ride to and from the airport is short.

Great location , the staff was vary helpful and courteous . The pick up also went vary smoothly as well . One idea to help us / a sign should be put at the exit pointing to 101 South or 101 North . We will for sure use your services in the future . Thanks , Rosd

Fast, easy and affordable
This was the best travel experience ever.... they were there to take my car, and whisk me to the airport, upon arrival home, I went to the pick up point, texted that I was there, and within minutes the van arrived dropped me off at my car, and I was homeward bound. After the stress of dealing with airports, baggage delays, crowds and the inconvenience of travel in general, this was a gift.

Bus was ready for us before we could even unload our luggage. Helped us load our stuff because we had two small children and lots of stuff. When we came back a park n fly plus van took us back even tho we were parked at the park n fly. So we didn't need to wait on a shuttle back to our vehicle. Car wash was closed so we missed that perk but happy with the prompt service we got. Thanks!
