We were dropped off at Humphrey, but no one told me that I needed call to get a ride from Humphrey to our car. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, I called, and they said they'd be there in 15 minutes, and said they only give rides after being called.

The drivers are very helpful and nice. We didn’t wait long at all for pickup at the park n fly location and the airport. We were very skeptical at first because it was our first time using this service. I am so glad that we did use it because the process was really easy and our vehicle was safe when we returned. Fast service ! Choose where you park ! Quick and efficient ! Helpful to every passenger on shuttle ! Rates were equivalent to other but had used the services in Nashville before and knew this company was reliable !

What I like the most is the convenience of the valet and van service to the airport. Unfortunately, I have been now instructed to always make a reservation because the lot is now being shared with other car services. This forces me to pay for a booking fee, which I feel should not be assessed since it is done thru the app with no human interaction involved. Hope that booking fee and the new fuel surcharge disappear soon.
