I've used Park DIA in the past and have not been very happy with the overall service. Seems much more improved and timely.

Reliable pick up even when it is busy. Buses come frequently.
It is very cold when you just get back from Las Vegas or any warm area. Getting into a bus quickly is important.

I forgot that you needed your code to check out, had deleted my email confirmation, it was 1 am on Tuesday morning and I was panicking how could I show I paid in full for my reservation
Lady at the gate was very helpful in finding my reservation through my phone and name so I could leave

Location & The BEST QUALITY of CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the Employees in the booth to the drivers of the shuttle buses! Never had a waiting time for getting picked up in the Lot nor at the Airport! Their always there when you need them! 10 Stars is ripping them off - should be 20⭐!

Took my SUV right away and shuttle came immediately. When I came home I called and shuttle was right there in a few minutes. Got off shuttle and car was pulled upfront with keys in it and I was gone in less then a minute. Very happy.

Our flight was cancelled twice in one day at Chicago Midway. Our driver, ( his name started with an “A”) was awesome. The site manager took care of us- his name was Carmine! Will park at this location just bacause of these two employees!

The shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful! I felt safe in the parking lot and appreciated the "plus" feature of drop off/pickup at my car.

Using the online check in out was very easy and fast. On line rates were better than other sites. Pickup / dropoff was quick and easy. Do wish you would eventually provide electric outlets (level 1 115V / 10A) for electric vehicles. Your site was the lowest stress part of our whole trip.
