The people who work there are so kind and helpful. They are so efficient as well. On my last trip, I was having a bout with vertigo the driver was kind and patient with me as I tried to maneuver. The driver took me to the parking lot to get my car and my tire was flat. The driver changed my tire for me. I was so thankful and grateful for his help. I will tell everyone, which I have been doing, use Park n Fly because they go the extra mile for their customers.
Last thing, you don't have to wait lo g because they are always right there.

My wife needed a bathroom when we parked, so our driver took her to one she could use (there were no other passengers). On the way, my wife mentioned that her arthritis was bothering her so the driver called the airline for a wheelchair. then, with permission from her supervisor, took us directly to the gate, because it was hot and she didn't want us waiting for the wheelchair - the airlines said it might take a while because they were busy. She showed much concern and empathy beyond what we ever expected. I believe her name was Britany or Bethany.

I have never had a vehicle break in or anything damaged while parking at PNF! When you are in a rush they get you to your terminal timely. Staff are always friendly.
