The cost was in line with other providers. We used valet which made it easy to transfer bags. Airport pickup was prompt.

Friendliness and attention to detail..both of our vehicles were ready and waiting for us after being picked up from our long day flying back from St. Thomas..one of our daughters even said "oh man our cars are right out front " after we got off the bus at the Philly location..would absolutely use again in the future..Name removed

Do not understand the reasoning behind texting our ticket number for pickup, then the text asking for the number again, then the driver needing to call it in! Otherwise we like using Park 'n Fly/Executive Services.

Easy online reservation. Drivers are very courteous. We feel safe parking our car here. We like that it’s fenced in with covered and non covered parking and that not just anyone can come and go.

Reliability - The shuttles arrive promptly both for departures and arrivals.
Courteous - greeters at the gate, shuttle drivers and cashiers all are pleasant and friendly
Helpful - I am helped with my bags every time
Loyalty Rewards - I am awarded with free days and entries into survey sweepstakes :-)

Safe, efficient service. Could improve on website. I wasn’t sure which shuttle bus to ride first timer. Also, we had no ticket or QRCode on website to exit the parking lot. Thankfully a worker rescued us and there was nobody behind our car so we could move to the window at the building. Not convenient, timely or efficient.
