Great improvement in quality customer service from when I used your facility in February during which time I was highly disappointed.
In fact, this time, I was reminded of the service I was accustomed to during my 20+ years of doing business with Executive Valet.
I was greeted by an employee as soon as I pulled into the parking lane, another individual picked up my luggage bringing it onboard the bus. Those two things specifically did not happen during my last experience.

I like the fact that you are located close to the airport and your vans were right there circling the lot and ready to bring you to the airport.
No waiting at all to get to the airport.
On my return, I was impressed that I didn’t have to wait to get a ride on the van returning to the lot.

There was a van waiting to pick me up as soon as I dropped off my car. On the way home the van was very full, but the driver was helpful and efficient. My main. concern is that on the way to the airport a family of 4. boarded the bus without masks. Despite there being a sign in the van requesting that all passengers wear masks. I'm not sure what your policy is about mask enforcement, and I know that putting the drivers in the position to ask becomes difficult but I would like to see some additional efforts to get passengers to wear masks.

Pick up was slow
The convenience and ease of everything from parking, to the shuttle pick up and drop off at your car makes for less stressful travel. I also appreciate the clean and safe lot. I will definitely use Park ‘N Fly in the future!
