Friendly, courteous and quick
I really like that one I drive through the gate and I parked in the front handicap section I let the girl know at the booth if she can have somebody pick us up and somebody picks us up within five minutes right at my car. I really like the ease of them dropping me off at the airport and then picking me up and dropping me off at my car. And the drivers are very helpful by helping us load our luggage and unload our luggage.
The shuttle was right behind us when we parked and when we got to Silver parking in MSP, the shuttle was there. It was easier to park at Park N Fly than at the airport. In addition, both shuttle drivers were polite and helpful.

the new pick up method is working wonders. I used to always have to wait for 4-5 shuttles before i got on. The last couple times I've flown, it's been no more than 2 and they are super quick. Thank you!
