The shuttle to the airport was readily available both going to and coming from our trip. Spaces were available. Also, what really pleased us was they offered bottled water when we picked up our car - that was a nice touch.

Drivers are courteous and beyond helpful when handling luggage. The turnaround time to and from the airport is better than or comparable to what I could do with my personal vehicle. The shuttles are always clean. Pick up and drop off within a few feet of my vehicle’s trunk is fantastic!

Reliable. Leaving our car felt safe. Drivers competent. Took some time
for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. First driver didn’t help with luggage or get out of his seat. 2nd driver, when we were coming back, was very helpful.

Online booking was easy. The parking lot attendant was nice and helpful when checking in and out. The driver pulled up to my car and was ready to help with any bags I had. I like that I was able to text upon my arrival for pickup.

Transport to and from the parking lot was easy and quick. Pick up in the lot Sunday morning was immediate, driver was knowledgeable about terminals, and helpful to riders that needed it. Pick-up at the terminal at 7 pm was excellent. Jesus was efficient, helpful, courteous, and safe. Very good experience.
