Please hire more drivers at the MIA PNF location. Increase pay, increase incentives, or increase health insurance for the drivers, whatever you need to do. This is the largest contributor to poor service at the MIA PNF lot. I am a week or two away from permanently using MIA parking instead because of the lack of drivers and long waits for the PNF bus. MIA PNF is losing its cost effectiveness and losing its ability to keep valuable customers. Using the MIA Dolphin Parking lot is $17.00 a day. So a 3-day trip use will cost $51.00. Using the MIA PNF lot, with an American Airlines 25% discount costs $42.94. This is $17.00 a day vs $14.31 a day. Saving $8.06 is not going to be worth my time to wait for a MIA PNF driver to take me to the airport and then waiting for a MIA PNF driver to take me to the MIA PNF lot. The PNF bus drivers Ivan and Marcelo are top notch and deserve raises for their hard work and hustle. Call me if you need further feedback, Brett Rawald, Phone number removed. Fix this problem now.

Parking at Park and Fly Plus on Camp Creek Parkway made getting to the Atlanta airport easy and stress free. The vehicle congestion at the airport is a bumper-to-bumper mess that would be difficult for me to navigate in my car. The shuttle driver got me to my departure area safely and patiently as he wove the shuttle through the traffic. Upon my return, it was easy to find the shuttle back to my car. The shuttle drivers picked me up and dropped me off at my parking space. It was all so perfect. Thanks Park and Fly Plus!
