Pick up was very convenient when it was very cold outside. The staff were watching us park and we didn’t realize it.

The staff were friendly and got us to the airport fast.

My car had no problems in the lot.

I will recommend using them again and I will return myself. Keep up the great service you provided.

It was easy to set up the times we expected to leave and to pick up our car. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and our car was brought out within minutes of our arrival even though we were a bit early. The location was great and so was the van service to/from the Miami airport. All around wonderful experience.
