Carmine and his staff at Chicago'sMidway airport did a PHENOMENAL job taking care of me! I am "differently abled" and use a wheelchair typically. It was my first time flying since becoming this way, solo, and decided to take a scooter in my wheelchair van and use Park 'N Fly Chicago for the week or so I would be gone. Silly me did not think about parking until I was ON MY WAY TO THE AIRPORT!!! OOOPSSSSYYYY!! Carmine was so helpful and calming ND assured me he would take great care of me. And he sure did. When I arrived, about 30 minutes after my call (not a 24 hour notice like your site suggests), Carmine walked me through what to expect, told me where to park, offered use of the bathrooms* (*but you do need to put in a ramp), and had me on my way with a driver, in my wheelchair van within 10 minutes. They had explained how to arrange for my puck-up, so I felt comfortable and confident in using PNF and leaving my van with them. Upon my return, Carmine had given me his personal card with cell number and told me to email him my flight information and to call when I arrived. I did and they were prompt and courteous! Very fast!! I really couldn't have asked for any better!! They brought my van to right outside the baggage pickup area, where the shuttles are and the driver left in a PNF shuttle and I headed home. Perfection. So easy and stress free! Wonderful experience with PNF. I would STRONGLY urge any disabled, handicap, or as I like to call myself "differently abled" traveler to use Park 'N Fly if you fly out of Chicago Midway. You won't regret the service you receive. I can only imagine if I actually planned ahead how even less stressful it would have been! Carmine and his team were excellent!

First time using your service and we were very surprise as to how fast your service was. The bus was sitting by our car as we were backing into a parking space. Wow. Also, the return trip was good. The driver took my suitcase to the back of the car while I was still getting off the bus. Would definitely recommend this service to our family and friends (and the parking was cheaper).
