Quick service- very helpful and friendly driver

We arrived at Bradley Airport late Friday night. The courtesy bus was waiting outside. We had just called, so I really don't think we were the ones who got him there. BUT, Richard Abbott quickly welcomed us in. And, my husband lost the small blue card we were given when we dropped the car off, with where our car was parked.
(Self parked our car) We knew it was the last row near the fence, but Richard made sure we got to our car safely. And even put our bags in our trunk!!
We had been traveling all day since 8 am PST. and it was late back on the East coast. Seemed much later for us than it really was!!

In our opinion Richard Abbott is an asset to your company!!!!!

We appreciated how quickly the shuttle came to pick us up at our spot, that they helped load our luggage, they were waiting at the airport as soon as we returned from our trip, and were very friendly. We also appreciated the free car wash and the employee in the booth as we exited offering us free water bottles.

Very efficient on entering and with pick up to and from the airport. We did have some difficulty with the scanner reading our QR code on leaving. Luckily, a person was eventually in the booth to scan for us (she had a difficult time at first, too).

Quick pick up at your car when you park. Love the help with luggage and we never have to wait more than a few minutes when being picked up!
