I have no worries once I have parked in the lot. The shuttle is always prompt, takes my luggage & me to the terminal, unloads my luggage, drops me off and is always there to pick me up when I return.

Our flight was delayed for 7 hrs and I expected to have to pay extra. The attendant said "You're good to go"

So easy to locate, staff were super helpful and friendly (and funny). I missed flight, so had to extend for one more day and there was no problem. I just had to pay the difference before leaving the gate. Was offered a bottled water on top of it! Loved it.
