Good location, friendly drivers!

This was our first time using Park 'N Fly. We stayed in at the Spring Hill Hotel near Bradley Airport, CT. Clean hotel, with coffee and tea in the lobby. The desk clerk shared all the info. we needed about the Park 'N Fly and we gave her the keys and our car was taken from the hotel to the Park 'N Fly area. We arrived back from our trip and the shuttle came fast and right at the location we were told to go. Rinh, the driver, welcomed us back to CT and was very upbeat and so enjoyable. He took our luggage for us and got us to our car. Our electric car had been charged!!!! to 100 percent which made us super happy. It looked like our car had been washed? Not sure, but it was super shiny underneath the canopy where the cars were staged for people arriving from their trip. It was a wonderful experience and we will use this service again. It went above all expectations. Rinh made our reentry from vacation to home enjoyable and everything was very convenient. He communicated to everyone in shuttle so we knew what to do if we were valet vs self park. Love the bright light saber that is used as a gate for cars to pass thru once you scan your receipt to leave the lot. PNF is all about service and it was much appreciated after a long day of flying.

Our whole group was very happy with the service. we dropped off the car and were take to airport immediately. Upon our return, the pickup was quick and car was brought quickly upon return to location. Members complimented the parking selection and said they would park here if they were to travel.
