What do you like about our services?

We had a problem scanning the bar code, but the attendant (which I loved having a live human at the gate) was extremely helpful and friendly. Both entering and leaving. I drove right to my spot and the shuttle was right there to take my bags and take me to the airport, which was less than 10 mins. I had the same wonderful safe experience on my returning home.

A very well run company. Shuttle bus was waiting for me when I parked my car. Shuttle bus was waiting for me when I got to the pick up point at Midway. I have parked here for years and have always been impressed with their service.

Fast service, by the time I got out of the car, the shuttle was there to whisk me away!!! Shuttle drivers are the most friendly and courteous I have ever seen!!! Love It!!! So simple and easy.

The bar code scanner at the entry gate doesn’t seem to work very well. Last 3 times, I was forced to take a ticket.
