Park N Fly was easy to reserve. Upon arrival a customer service rep was ready to assist us. The check in kiosk had difficulty reading our QR code on my phone and the representative quickly assisted us. After parking, within minutes, the shuttle was there to pick us up, assist with luggage and brought us directly to our flight carrier entrance. Upon returning from our vacation, I simply called the phone number on the park n fly ticket stub and, again, within five minutes I received a text where to meet the driver outside. He picked us up and drove us directly to our vehicle. Highly recommend using Park N Fly.

The lady checking us out at the window was so sweet. Also gentleman loading us into the shuttle van made a point of helping us with our luggage and making sure we knew where to catch shuttle return at airport. All very professional.

Site staff is very professional
I was able to get in with no problems. A staff member helped me when the machine was not working. But leaving out took a while because I was not told I needed a ticket to exit parking lot and my reservation was not able to be found to scan out. Other than that I liked that my car was in a safe place being watched 24/7 while I was out of town.
