The service was very good
Van drivers are quick to serve those who use the Midway Park 'N Fly outdoor/indoor garage when departing on a trip from Chicago Midway Airport. The return trip to the parking on 47th Street is off of Door 5 at the luggage carousel area at Midway Airport, The drivers of the vans for departing and arrival passengers are efficient and courteous. I also appreciate the help of the parking attendants who assist with entering the parking garage on 47th Street. Then the clerk also is kind to assist for departing the Midway Park 'N Fly gates to head home!
I was astounded at the quickness that I could park at the southeastern corner of the Midway Park 'N Fly in Chicago once I entered through the gate. What a surprise seeing the blue van pull up so fast once I parked my car on May 18, 2023, and it was an immediate pick-up! The driver only had me in his van as a passenger with my suitcases, and I told him I had plenty of time to get to Midway. He said he could still take me even though I was his lone passenger, and I certainly appreciated that courtesy! He had to pick up some arriving passengers waiting for their ride at Door 5 to come get their car after their trips out-of-town! I was just a passenger on the van as I was departing for my trip from Chicago to Minneapolis.
I returned on my plane trip from Minneapolis to Chicago Midway on May 22. I received service that was very prompt once I sent a text message that I was at Door 5 to the east of the Midway terminal. Once the driver in the blue van arrived, we had a full bus of passengers who had arrived and were ready for the trip to 47th Street north of Midway Airport. I was the first one to be delivered to my car at the southeastern portion of the parking area of Midway Park 'N Fly! Thank you so very much for the superb and friendly service provided by the drivers of Park 'N Fly, and also for the helpfulness at the entrance and exit gates of the attendants of this Midway Park 'N Fly facility in Chicago.

Easy in and out
We have used this location for years. We drive from Marin County and it works to know exactly where to go, know that our car will be safe, and that buses arrive and leave in a timely fashion. Very courteous and helpful drivers.

The service was very professional and the the drivers were very kind and patient with all passengers.
Very close to the airport so the shuttle doesn’t add much time, and checking in online is easy and then you know there is going to be a spot reserved for your vehicle. I’ve flown back at many different times and the shuttle is always there quickly to take me back to my vehicle.
You have some really good people that work for you all. The guy at the airport is great. I think his name is Frank. That said, you have two elderly drivers that did not help me with my heavy luggage and I would feel bad if I asked them. I know that you have to hire without age discrimination so I think that you should maybe send someone to help them if it is too hard on them to lift heavy suitcases all day.

Ease of getting there. I prepaid my parking pass. When I was exiting it said I owed $10.88 more. I was disappointed because I was out of there before my time had expired. A worker came and asked if I had a problem- he brought my pass to his desk - checked something on computer and let me go. Thankful I wasn’t charged more. I will park here again. Thank you for your honesty.
