Park & Fly is THE BEST! Accidently left a small bag on their shuttle bus when leaving the lot. Called less than a half hour later, and they had my bag secured and ready for me in their office. From the gate attendants to the bus drivers, Park and Fly has figured out Customer Service. They have the friendliest drivers and folks working their operation. I NEVER consider any other parking option when I go to MSP.; Use Park and Fly now and MAKE SURE TO TIP YOUR DRIVER!!

Efficient and friendly

I love that there is always a shuttle waiting at Midway when i land. (well, most of the time).
BUT, there HAS to be improvement on the system for when a shuttle arrives to pickup passengers and there are too many passengers for the van. It becomes a total free for all fight for space on the shuttle, no matter who was there first. Maybe utilize the app or text system for the driver to call out names of those first who called/texted to let them know they were there and ready for pickup?

Very user friendly and timely

The people here are very friendly and helpful, even at the wee hours of the day. We didn't have to wait for shuttles either way, and the lot was very easy to get in and out of. If we have to fly out of Cleveland again, I'll absolutely use this location.

The reservation process was very easy. The shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived at the Park n Fly and dropped us off at the airport in about 5 - 10 minutes. On the way back from the airport, the shuttle was waiting for us and took us back to the Park n Fly. The only problem that we encountered was that the free Car Wash was not working when we got back to Park n Fly.
Otherwise our service was excellent.
