It's always fast to get parked and get to the airport. Also, we don't usually have to wait long to get picked up from the airport. All the drivers that we've had are very helpful and friendly.

I often give my feedback. We came back from France in April and just came back from Italy. Since April you have improved the pickup from the airport via the text feature. We had a van pick us up in less than 5 minutes. You have made obvious improvements in the automation of the service and it works much better. One feedback I have observed often. The drivers are great but you may want to emphasize to people when they get their tickets to make sure they don’t LOSE them. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen people on the bus not know where their ticket is. I was thinking a different color than white might also help it stand out. I watched a lady a few days ago pull 20-30 pieces of white paper, receipts etc out of her purse and the ticket blended in.

Friendly and fast service. The accuracy of drop off/pickup from my car. It was extremely hot but the A/c was very much appreciated once inside the shuttle! Great customer service from the driver and all staff during the booking and ride process!
