Quick and easy. The drivers for both my pick up and drop off were the nicest people I’ve ever met. Props to them for being nice souls (on a holiday weekend at 5 am) and making one part of a chaotic weekend very pleasant. I think they should get raises (i don’t know their names and forgot to ask) but thank y’all! Will be using again next time I need to park somewhere.

I like and appreciate every aspect of your service. To name a few, your reminders including the QR code, promptness - never more than a minute or so, and professionalism of entire staff. It's also great to have someone at check-in / out to provide assistance if necessary.

While not all visits are the same I have had excellent service. My most recent pickup was EXCELLENT. The van arrived promptly...fewer than 5 minutes from me grabbing my luggage, only about 90 seconds after I texted for pickup. The driver loaded my bag, unloaded it when we got to my vehicle, AND put it into the car for me.

I like parking at Park N Fly in Minneapolis. I have had great service in taking me and picking me up from the airport. This time there was a little computer or technology challenge letting me in. The drivers or helpers that morning were doing their best to get the gates working and re-start the automatic information stations.
They were very helpful in letting me off at the terminal with my handicap status. And very quickly picked me up upon my return at baggage, That was so helpful and appreciated. The driver that evening was Carrol and she was very kind and accomodating.

Easy to find via GPS. Took less than 2 minutes to get parked. Shuttle was right there. Driver was friendly and wrote down my parking space #. The mobile App was easy to use and made pickup from airport very easy. Waited less than 5 minutes for a shuttle back to my car. Again, the app made exiting the parking lot simple.
