Absolutely love and appreciate the convenience! Pay/reserve, park, they pick you and your luggage up at your parking space, drive you to the airport, unload your luggage for you at the drop off area. Simple text when you return, they come pick you up, return you to the parking space and you check out as you are leaving. Could not be easier and it's much cheaper/easier than parking at the airport! Very friendly service, too.

Their instructions to pick you up from the airport is well written. They tell you exactly where to meet the shuttle to take you to your car. I highly recommend Park and Fly.

They were amazing!! They even put air in my tire.

I love the valet at Park and Fly. They greet you at your car and take your luggage and load it on the shuttle. They have complimentary water and treats inside if you have to wait for other passengers. They quickly bring you to your terminal and offload your luggage. All very quick and professional.

When you return, you text your claim number or call them to notify them of your arrival. They arrived within 5 minutes of the doors marked number 4. The driver loaded my things and called in my claim number to make sure my car was ready. When we arrived he drove me right up to my van and off loaded my luggage.

I have used this company several times and will continue to do so. I have never run into any issues. It is easy and convenient. I scan my phone to get in and get out. They always pick me up from my vehicle within 5 minutes of arriving, I don't have to wait long at the airport for pick up, and they drop me off at my vehicle. They are always emailing promotional specials as well, which I frequently take advantage of.

Both drivers were attentive and helpful. Both shuttles were very prompt. We also needed help with scanning our QR code entering and exiting and those employees were also helpful.
