Fast, efficient app-based process that worked very well. Shuttles were available almost immediately for transport to the terminal and also within a reasonable time at the terminal for return to Park N Fly.

They were very slow to pick us up when we arrived at Bradley due to the lateness and there being only two vans available. I was very mad and voiced my disappointment. I vowed to myself that I would pay more at the airport to park or try another company to park with. When I was driving out of the parking lot, the attendant offered me two free day parking passes. I instantly smiled. I was disappointed because the service us not what I am
Used to compared to the houston Iah location. However, their service recovery was quick. I will return to park n fly bdl.
