There were people on site to help us. The vans were right there to pick us up when we arrived home. Very easy for two old people!

The process was so easy and convenient. We entered the lot no problem, the shuttle was waiting for us right near our spot. When we returned, we had to wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes for our shuttle, and then they dropped us back right at our car. We had to scan the barcode when we exited, and that was it. Oh, and they offered us water as we left as well! Would 100% park here again.

Everything was great. Customer service was wonderful! The only issue we encountered was not having a covered spot available after we arrived, but we were able to find a quick solution.

I had a fellow member of our group drive me there. And the driver sitting waiting was more then happy to give me a ride into my truck asap. On top of ot my battery died due to sitting and the supplied a jump pack for free.

I like the door to door service to/from my car to the airport. I like prepaying and receiving a reasonable daily rate for parking. Bus drivers and checkout clerks are very friendly and helpful. I had to stay an extra day as my flight was cancelled. The checkout clerk did not charge me for the additional day -- after the rough 24 prior hours, that was such a nice jesture.

I like everything from park and fly

Price is competitive, service was prompt with no delays either outbound or inbound, proximity to the airport is great, but mostly the enthusiasm of both of our drivers was exceptional. Remarkably better than the nearest competitor, who has let us down more than once. Will definitely plan to use Park 'n Fly again.

Park & Fly is easy to get to and there are shuttles all around! I’ve used them multiple times and have never had to wait for a shuttle to or from the airport. Very fast service!
