Our recent experience with Park 'N Fly in Suffield CT was excellent! We used the service from 7/ 30 thru 8/6 and every aspect of your service was exemplary! I want to particularly mention Richard Chabot who went above and beyond in taking care of us. He was amazing---extremely professional, great attention to detail, friendly and cheerful--even at 4:30 a.m.! it's clean, wide parking spaces, and shuttle service is terrific. I was sent to an aisle that had no openings this time, but the next one had a few, and I was able to flag down the shuttle driver.

Customer Service. An employee named Nancy ran out to meet me and assist me with checking out without even asking for any just in case I needed any. She was super helpful and extremely kind. It was very nice having somebody that helpful come out so quick to help after a long flight home.
