Very friendly and welcoming people
Every team member from gate attendants to drivers has ALWAYS been friendly and HELPFUL since the day your facility opened years ago... Driver will remove luggage from the car (we are advanced "senior citizens" in serious need for baggage assistance!!! Driver always also places luggage into trunk... Sooooo helpful and stress free every trip.. Will continue with you FOREVER!!

I observed my driver’s rear view mirror detached while driving down Ella Grasso Tpke. It was only the mirror tangling from its mount. I stopped and tried to put it back in place. Oh, well, no luck. Had VW Langan In Glastonbury replace once I got home. Never had a problem with Enterprise in all my years of doing business.
