The website is easy to use to book. The staff is friendly at the gate coming and going. The pickup and drop off is fast and friendly too.

The driver, a Caucasian female with blonde hair (sorry, I didn't get her name), was delightful. She was personable and immediately lept off of the bus to get my bags. It was a pleasant surprise and was much appreciated. Plus, I think she is a new employee, so I'm thankful that the staff is being upgraded. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

You're close to the airport with convenient in and out ability. The drivers I had this past trip were both super helpful and courteous. The one issue was the QR scanning was not very user friendly... needed help to get in and needed help to get out.

Secure park n ride, easy in and easy out. Only frustration in past has been the wait times on pick up, both in the lot and at the airport.

Excellent. I will be coming back for a Thanksgiving trip.

Park ‘N Fly was such a smooth and convenient option, and alleviated many of the stress I typically associate with commuting to and from the airport.

The directions were clear, the shuttle was fast, and the drop off at your car was very nice.

It is so convenient, and far less expensive than parking at the airport. There was a slight hiccup with trying to get into self park when I arrived so I was upgraded to Valet at no extra charge. This was my second time parking with Park N' Fly and will use them every time I fly. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. Rinh picked me up from the airport on my last trip and was super friendly with great convo. He let me know about all of the other services available with Valet. I'll definitely see them on my next trip.

I love the authentic friendly and professional care given by your employees, the promptness and cleanliness of the shuttles and the prudent driving by the shuttle drivers.

You make everything easy. Only had one concern. When I got to isle 3 there were so many people waiting that i waited close to 45 minutes for a third bus.

well lit parking lot with shuttles constantly driving around and picking up people parking throughout. As a solo traveler, I never feel nervous about parking here nor am I confused when I return and have to get on the shuttle. Professional drivers that are always courteous.

Clean facility, quick ride to the airport and last but not least, lovely staff: a driver getting back from a trip got out to help me get into the ramp. On my return trip I had a long wait at the airport but the woman on the phone was really great to me and I was picked up pretty quickly after my call. Not sure names but was Friday 9/22/23 at 8:30am and Monday 9/25/23 at about 7pm.

It was fast and convenient! The guy I had picked me up right at my car! I was impressed!
