We have had a wonderful experience at Mathnasium. Besides the professional approach to teaching, all the tutors are very friendly, respectful, and truly know how to make kids enjoy learning math. My son has been attending Mathnasium in Red Deer for almost two years, and it has made an incredible difference. He used to really struggle, fall behind and dread the subject at school.
Since starting at Mathnasium, his confidence and understanding have improved so much. So much that he actually enjoys attending sessions. The tutors use techniques that truly help students understand and remember what they’re learning. The biggest change is that math is now one of his favourite subjects. We can’t imagine where he would be in the subject of math, without the professional tutoring of Mathnasium. My kids loves to go to mathnasium. They get better and better in their math, they both get A+ in their report card. Staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. They are very accommodating with what my kids needs especially when my Grade 7 has assignments at school, they checked and did their best to explain. I’m glad I decided to enroll them. Definitely i recommend Mathnasium!

Mathnasium has been a phenomenal experience that we have prioritized over the past several years. Their program is adaptable and moves at the pace of the student. The Guelph staff has been very attentive and makes adjustments to programming if they notice a student seems less motivated or is doing a unit that is more difficult.

We are truly proud of how far our son has come since joining Mathnasium. Math used to be one of his biggest struggles. He would often feel stressed, lose motivation quickly and would sometimes say that he just couldn't do math.
Seeing him now is such a big relief and happiness for us as parents. He is slowly becoming more confident, more willing to try solving problems and showing more interest in learning. The change seem small day to day, but for us it has been very meaningful to see his progress and positive attitude growing.
This program has made a real difference in his learning journey and we are very thankful for the supportive instructors who help make leaning math feel less intimidating and more encouraging for him.

2 months into grade 8, my child was failing math in a specialized school program intended for children with numeracy learning difficulties. We were informed she was so far behind (grade 4/5 math level) she may never be able to complete high school math.
Since then, we've attended 2 different Mathnasium franchises due to relocating. She is now more than half way through grade 9 and is excelling at grade level math (although still in a specialized program in a different school). We were just told she would be able to start "normal" grade 10 math next year.
I am amazed at the progress she has made and do not think it would have been possible without Mathnasium.
