The sales rep, Madylan was extremely helpful and patient with our search. Her suggestions were helpful and we felt no pressure to buy from her that day. We found our purchase on line and she apologized for not being able to get it as fast as online and hoped we were happy with our purchase and to contact her if we needed any help in the future.
Associate was patient and tried to help me find sofa and loveseat but one a wanted was no longer on floor.

A button fell off my daughters leather couch . We bought it a few years ago . The sales associate treated me as if I spent a large amount of money . She ordered the button and said when it arrives in the store she will give me a call
