My friend and I got into the store just ahead of a severe rain storm, so we were not in a hurry to leave. The young man who helped us showed us the pieces we were interested in and then left us to browse on our own. He was available to answer questions but did not hover around.

I liked that Ms. Wanda introduced herself to me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her I just wanted to look. She allowed me time to look around. Unlike a previous Ashley store in Al, the sales lady hovered over my husband and I the whole time we were there. We just wanted to leave the AL store. However, Ms. Wanda was extremely kind and helpful and not over-Brady.
