Straight forward process
I was trying to decide what mattress to buy and also needed a dresser. Sales Consultant Wanda Labus was very helpful as I tried several different mattress styles and gave me the needed information to make a decision. (I have not yet decided.) She helped me find a dresser I liked as well.
Wanda was great. She gave us our space to make decisions, but was readily available to answer any questions we had.

I went to a competitor first and almost made a purchase, but the attitude there was "take it or leave it", then wait 3 wks for delivery. And then wait for us from 7am - 7pm. I changed my mind and left. When I entered Ashley Furniture the salesmen were ready for business and knocked off a good bit from the ticket price. It felt like my business, no matter how large or small my purchase was mattered. Also, my furniture was offered for delivery within days. Thanks for great service and prices!
