We had the pleasure of working with Heather on purchasing furniture for our new home. My husband and I could not seem to agree on a living room suit and she was so very patient with us and lead us to the one we fell in love with. We also purchased a bedroom suit for our son and a kitchen table with chairs. I highly recommend going to Ashley Furniture store and working with Heather. She never pressured us at all and was very knowledge about any furniture we looked at.
Store was very clean and well lit. All the products was labeled with price tags that were easy to read. I went to look at a sofa I saw online. Frank Selby was of great assistance. When I told him I didn’t like it in person he showed me sofas that’s were the same color and or style as that one as well as I could put pieces together to give me a sectional look. After the conversation he let me know I can email or text a picture to him if I had any questions concerning I see stuff online.
