Mark Posey was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sadly, after looking at all available sofas none fit our need for firm and shallow seat cushions (we are not tall people). Lovely store. We are retiring two Ashley sofas that served us well for 13 years. Cosmetically they were still in excellent condition after constant use in our den. The cushions and spring system became too soft for us. Our neighbors adopted them and love them, describing them as rich looking and comfy.
