Our salesman Mark Posey at the Mobile, AL store was so polite and helpful! My fiancé and I are young and new to buying furniture, and he was extremely patient and willing to answer any of our questions. Along the way, he was never too pushy about making the sales; he really made us feel like his primary concern was our satisfaction with whatever we were shopping for. Furthermore, Ashley Furniture has the best prices out of several stores we visited. But, even if Ashley didn’t have the best prices, I would still shop there because of the great experience Mark gave us.

The way the entire staff work together. I had spoken with a salesman a week prior to this visit and when i arrived he was busy with two other customers. The manager and others were very attentive while a waited for the salesman to complete his other sales.
