Due to the above mentioned I decided to purchase from a different furniture store that carried a similar product. They didn't push the warranty and try to add cost and claim you can only get discount if you buy protection plan. I'm not interested in a sales pitch similar to buying a used car from a shady corner lot dealer. I moved on to a business that was interested in selling furniture and not protection plans. This will be the last time I enter a Ashely Store and I will advise my friends and family to avoid the brick and mortar store as well.

From beginning to end, this was a very pleasant and non-stressful shopping experience. Yana, Meagan and Mark were all so friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us while we asked a million questions over a couple days before finally coming to a final decision on our purchase.
