Our salesperson, Chasity was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with my husband I during both visits. We have different ideas of how we would like to decorate our new home and Chasity was able to bring us to a happy medium with great suggestions and her knowledge of your products’ quality and expected delivery dates. Because of this, we plan to return soon and work with Chasity.

My issue was finally resolved. It took awhile to get to the person who could help me, Freddy. He was great. The person at the store did not stop until he found my online purchase, Mr Wilson. This I really appreciated.

The sales associate Brittney greeted me immediately when I walked in the door. She asked if I had been in before and I said No. She asked questions about why I came in. Brittany gave me a tour and walked with me showing me everything I was looking for. She was able to speak to the features of the product. I was not planning to make a purchase that day, but because of her service and the fact that it was on sale I purchased what I came in for.
