I really appreciated the salesperson (I believe his name is Ross or Rossi) and his in-depth explanation of possible configurations for the purposed couch that I wanted to purchase. He also listened to my needs and particular situation and wasn't pushy. Unfortunately, due to unexpected expenses post store visit, I am unable to purchase a couch at this time. However, I had a really great experience and the salesperson followed up with a phone call in the appropriate amount of days after to see if I was interested in purchasing. When I am financially able, I will be returning to Ashley to make the purchase.
