The salesman was awesome. He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions. He was perfectly happy to show me around even though I wasn't sure of my budget or if I would be making a purchase that day. The only reason I give a 9 instead of a 10 is because my husband and I couldn't agree on a price point. I give Ashley and the staff a 10, but the experience a 9.

Diane was just right. She greeted us as we entered, and started us on our tour of Ashley. She gave us space to talk among ourselves, but then she circled back. She picked up on cues about what we were interested in. She was nice and professional throughout - and she did not hover or push us.
We also liked that Ashley has such a selection, and that the merchandise looks good, clean, well-made. The storeroom actually felt welcoming and comfortable.
Finally, we appreciated the number of Ashley representatives, and their knowledge about your merchandise.
All of this made for a HUGE difference from other storerooms we have visited!

Victor was very friendly and helped us with our needs to find a sofa and let us borrow the pillow to see if the color world look good with the house decor.
The rep was very helpful and listened to my wants and needs. I am very pleased.
Our sales associate, Susan, was very friendly and was able to tell us what we needed to know. She had an attitude that that made us feel as if we had known her for years. I only wish that the salesman in Kannapolis NC store had the same personality as the girl at Burlington. He had that "used car salesman" personality. He tried to make us feel as if we didn't know what we wanted and always steered us towards things that were more expensive that the price range we were interested in.

Very friendly sales person. His name was Jeff in the Burlington North Carolina location. Walked around the store , helped me measure, look for different ideas. Although I didn't find anything that would fit into the room I'm working with, he did tell me that if anything came through with the dimensions that I needed that he would contact me. I am also looking online at some of your products.
