The customer service from Diane Kyle-Smith was excellent! She went above and beyond to help me with everything that I needed to know about purchasing something in the near future, payment plans and could schedule delivers when I was ready. I am looking to purchase two beds and/or suites and was sneaking around to see which ones my girls liked. Diane was extremely caring and helpful. My purchase will be made at the Burlington NC store with Diane.
Diana was excellent in every way. From helping me decide on several items to working out the best time for delivery options. We will be shopping at Ashley again. We purchased our kind size bed frame from there, as well.
